Each imaculate piece of art that is one of Rasputin's marionettes is designed and buil by skilled puppeteer Matt Scott. He has built puppets for Elivra, been featured on Buffy th Vampire Slayer and each year has his own stage at the famed Ink and Iron Tattoo Festivals in Long Beach California and Nashville.
